Birdwatching

Respect the nature

Before you begin, one final elucidation: the birdwatching is an activity that brings us closer to a world almost totally extraneous to ours, where rules are different from ours.
A Sparrow carrying a feather in the beak is not decorating his "home": is making its nest comfortable and isolated from temperature changes; a nosedivingbird of prey is not only performing spectacular aerial acrobatics, it is also procuring food for itself and, during the breeding season, for its offspring and partner; a Wader sleeping on the beach is not only taking a nap, he is recovering the energy to resume its migratory journey that takes him from the Arctic Circle (where it nests) to the Saharadesert.
So, when you pick up the binoculars to go bird watching, always remember that an activity that brings pleasure has no right to cause disturbance to wildlife. In this way only, respecting what we are observing, we can really get pleasure from our hobby and feel the link with nature reconnecting.
